What we keep
Your device's MAC address and model, the dates of your access, and the playlists you add (address, username, and a password that we store encrypted). We also keep a short record of payments (amount, plan and a payment reference).
What we do not keep
We do not keep your card details (Stripe handles them) and we do not see what you watch. Streams go from your playlist provider to your TV.
How we use it
Only to run the service: to recognise your device, load your playlists, apply your plan and give support.
Security
Passwords of playlists are encrypted. Website sessions use secure cookies. Access to the admin tools is restricted and logged.
Sharing
We share data only with services needed to run the product, such as our hosting and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can delete your playlists at any time on the website. To have your device and data removed, contact support.
