Terms of use
What the service is
Hola Player is a media player application and a website to manage the playlists you add to it. We do not provide, host, sell or promote any channels, films, series or playlists.
Your content
You are responsible for the playlists you add and for having the right to use and watch them. Do not use the service for unauthorised streaming of copyrighted content.
Free trial and plans
A new device gets a free trial of 15 days, once per device. After that, access continues with a paid plan (1 year or Lifetime). A plan starts when the payment is confirmed.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Because access starts at once, payments are generally not refundable, except where the law says otherwise. Contact support if something went wrong.
Your device
Access is linked to the MAC address of your device. We may block a device that is used against these terms. Keep your device key private.
Changes and availability
We may improve or change the service. We aim for it to be available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
